Abstract

There is no single concept of quality assurance in education, other than standardized procedures and general principles that apply to quality management systems. The development of approaches and procedures for quality assurance is the result of a societal choice based on culture and a clear strategic vision for the optimal development of the school system. For this purpose, a national strategy is being developed, which is based on values and principles clearly expressed and implemented in systems, indicators, standards and procedures at all levels of the national education system.
