Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of psychological health of the individual (its essence, structure, norm criteria), the preservation of which in the conditions of modern challenges is socially significant. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "psychological health", establishes its connection with the constructiveness of personal development, presents a model of the hierarchical structure of psychological health, which includes spiritual-meaningful, social, mental, psychosomatic components and psychodiagnostic methods of researching the state of psychological health.
