Abstract

The article is devoted to the results of an empirical study of the impact a psychological health of personality to the psychological readiness for creative professional pedagogical activities during the coronavirus pandemia. The author presents models of psychological readiness and psychological health of personality. The Psychological health is defined as a complex, multilevel formation,that presents a harmonious physical-mental-social-spiritual state of personality. The basis of psychological health is the balance between the substructures of personality (spiritual, social, emotional, volitional, intellectual, physical), the harmony between personality and the world. The structure of psychological health of personality is represented by a hierarchy of components: spiritual, social, mental and psychosomatic. Psychological readiness of a teacher is the unity of pedagogical motivation and pedagogical abilities. The components of psychological readiness are: value-motivational, moral-communicative, cognitive and emotional-volitional. The author defines the criteria of harmony of psychological health and indicators of psychological readiness of teachers for creative professional activity in the New Ukrainian school. The article describes the results of empirical research, namely the peculiarities of the state of psychological health and psychological readiness of modern teachers of the New Ukrainian School. The author establishes the regularities of influence а psychological health of personality to readiness for creative professional pedagogical activity. The higher the level of psychological health of the teacher (healthy lifestyle, positive emotional states, willpower, creative realization, social adaptation), the more pronounced his psychological readiness for pedagogical creativity. The higher the level of psychological distress, the less this teacher is able to professional and pedagogical activities. Factor analysis determined the factors of harmonization of psychological health of the teacher.
