Abstract
The educational and methodological guide is intended to provide assistance students to organize work on independent study of the discipline "Self-management" for the purpose of assimilation of theoretical material and acquisition skills of applying a systematic approach to self-management working hours The manual is developed in accordance with the curriculum advanced training in the field of knowledge 01 "Education", special course programs "Time management". Intended for teaching staff of vocational education institutions full-time and distance learning, students, pupils, as well as for everyone who is interested in the organization of activities in the system of knowledge and skills regarding organization of time and improvement of own efficiency.
