Abstract
In the article, the author pays special attention to information technologies, with the help of which the andragogical competence of the pedagogical staff of post-graduate pedagogical education institutions is developing in accordance with the requirements of modernity and the principles of andragogy, education in cont life. The author emphasized that the teaching staff of the institutions postgraduate pedagogical education, developing andragogic competence, must have flexible learning skills in an interactive educational environment that opens up broad perspectives improvement of educational activities, deepening of professionalism, formation of the new system of interaction "teacher of postgraduate pedagogical education - the teacher - the student".
