Abstract

The article considers the problems and needs of teachers during the organization of distance and blended learning in the conditions of quarantine COVID-19 before the war. The paper uses and compares the results of three online surveys conducted by scientists from the Institute of Digitization of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in March 2020, January 2021, and February 2022.
