Abstract

The theses proved that the emphasis on the study of a person is manifested in his specific characteristics, which are determined by genetic and sociocultural conditioning (biological features, cultural environment, etc.), as well as the identification of reserve capabilities of a person capable of changing the undesirable trajectory of an individual (group, national) development through self-development and self-realization.
