Abstract

In the article, the motivational, the content, and the operational components of the competence-based teaching the native language were determined; the ways of structuring the academic material in the textbooks which are based on the sequential usage of the didactic and the developmental functions of the system links between the phonetic, lexical, and grammatical terms were characterized; they help to achieve the integrity of the lingual and the speech development of the pupils and to guarantee the optimal conditions for the self-actualization, the self-development, the formation for the ideals of kindness, beauty, patriotism, the guarantee of the active living position.
