Abstract

The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment "Designing a cloud-oriented methodological system of training teachers of natural sciences and mathematics to work in the scientific lyceum", which began in 2019. Pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of 6 educational institutions. The aim was to test the effectiveness of the cloud-oriented methodological system of training teachers of natural sciences and mathematics to work in the scientific lyceum and to compare the levels of formation of individual components of open science competencies of experimental and control groups. Control groups (five) and experimental groups (four) were formed from groups of students of advanced training courses (teachers of natural sciences and mathematics). The experimental groups underwent refresher courses on the author's method of using the services of the cloud-oriented system of training teachers of science and mathematics to work in the scientific lyceum (part of the cloud-oriented methodological system of training teachers of science and mathematics to work in the science lyceum). In the control groups, the content of refresher courses included individual topics (or modules) with a scientific component. However, control groups were engaged without the use of the author's methodology (or its individual components). During the pedagogical experiment, the following sections of the competences of open science were ascertained: skills and experience of working in one's own disciplinary community and outside it; skills and experience in research data, management, analysis / use / reuse, dissemination. Each component was considered separately and calculated by levels: high, sufficient, medium and low. The results of the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment showed an increase in the level of certain components of the competences of open science.
