Abstract
At the heart of pedagogical design are processes that meet human needs in education, closely related to the implementation of modern technological processes, provide training andragogues who are able to work with new activities. The goals and content of the educational process that focuses on the development of professional competencies, general and professional culture are updated. Pedagogical design actively develops the personal structures of its participants, stimulates them to self-improvement and direct participation in the project becomes a form of mastering various competencies, experience of joint activities.
