Abstract

The study clarifies the concept of "readiness of the teacher to partner with NGOs in the formation of socially successful personality of the student" and structured the readiness of the teacher into three components - motivational, cognitive and procedural. The author notes the main objectives of the "Program for the formation of socially successful personality of the student in partnership with educational institutions and NGOs" and highlights the features of its implementation in general secondary education.
