Abstract

The monograph highlights investigations about complex social situations; classification of complex social situations in regards of the reflection of situations by members of groups; phenomenology of group interactions. It also determines the factors, tendencies and regularities of problem interaction of social subjects in situations of group tension, stress and frustration, conflict, crisis and collective trauma. The resource and destructive influence of group phenomenology on the course of interaction in the conditions of Russia's hybrid war against Ukraine, forced migration of migrants, social transformations, medical reform, and the COVID-19 pandemic are revealed. The most effective approaches of psychological assistance to social actors in complex situations are considered. Addressed to scientists who deal with problems of social psychology and related fields of science, graduate students, practical psychologists, teachers of psychological disciplines of educational institutions, psychological services, heads of government, local government, education authorities, professional psychological associations and volunteer organizations.
