Abstract

Digital program-methodical complex "School of leaders of vocational education as an innovative model professional development of teachers in the conditions of sustainable development "was developed for scientific and methodological support of professional development of specialists in the system of advanced training and in the intercourse period. This complex includes special courses "Management and leadership in adult education", "Development of leadership competence pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions in the conditions of sustainable development "," Leadership, power, leadership: theory and practice ". The materials of the complex can be mastered by customers of educational services in off-line and on-line regimes and will comprehensively promote the development of their managerial, leadership, andragogical, inclusive, methodological, digital and other competencies in the system of formal, informal and informal education. The materials presented in the digital program-methodical complex are tested on advanced training courses for heads of vocational education institutions. Basic methodological, theoretical, methodical results and conceptual provisions of the publication were published at the International Specialized exhibitions, scientific-practical, scientific-methodical conferences, congresses, projects, seminars of various level, social networks, etc.
