Abstract

At any age, and in 3 years, and in 10, and in 40, and in 90 the person should train the brain. Strategy games, crosswords, puzzles, tasks - are a great opportunity to train the brain in an interesting way. Each of them develops logical thinking, which helps to further master new (or new subjects in school) or new skills in adult life.
