Abstract

The monograph highlights the results of theoretical and empirical studies of the psychological foundations of self-determination of the psychological well-being of the individual. Empirical material is presented to identify patterns, factors and predictors of quality of life, life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the individual, which will promote the development of its potential, life goals, prospects, positive self-esteem, belief in their abilities, awareness of life. A practical aspect of the study is to identify the internal resources of psychological well-being of the individual, which are hidden in understanding the reserves of full realization in the present and the possibility of developing their self-determination abilities in the future.
