Abstract

Aggressive behavior and conflicts between participants in the educational process – common socio-psychological phenomena that are characteristic of many educational institutions and that significantly affect the educational process. In this article, the authors explore the conflict among students, between students and teachers, students and administration and parents, among teachers, teachers and administration, teachers and parents. The research was conducted by interviewing students and teachers. The results allowed the authors to conclude that aggressive behavior is a common practice in communication between students and between teachers and students, which does not contribute to creating a positive emotional atmosphere in the institution and reduces the authority of teachers in the eyes of students. More than two-thirds of respondents noted that conflicts in the student environment occur frequently or from time to time. At the same time, teachers are inclined exaggerate your assessment. The authors emphasize that aggressive forms of interpersonal communication are still widespread in educational institutions and are perceived by many participants as a norm that corresponds to the content of their social roles.
