Abstract

Improving the education system and improving the quality of vocational training in Ukraine is a key socio-cultural problem, the solution of which is to bring education in line with the new socio-economic requirements of a market economy, the development of government agencies that define and implement policy in the field of education , the accession of our country to the European Union, determining the strategy of action in accordance with the needs of society and state resources, creating educational programs necessary for economic and social development of Ukraine, as well as individual and cultural self-expression in society. New functionalities of professional activity of specialists in these conditions require changes in the field of quality assurance of education, its informatization, professional training and quality management of educational programs, methods of teaching and diagnostics of professional qualities of specialists of all categories, technical means of information transfer.
