Abstract

Restructuring of Turkish higher education found is also part of the ideological and political offensive of neoliberal capital, whose areas of interest are research results, control and monitoring of curricula and the functioning of the higher education system. It is proved that the main trends in the development of university education in Turkey in the 80s of the twentieth century. are: decentralization of management, creation of individual educational trajectories in the organization of educational process, massification of access to higher education. Leading development trends university education at the beginning of the XXI century. identified: unification of the university education system, development and implementation of an external evaluation system quality of education, technologicalization of the educational process.
