Abstract

Informatization of society is a global social process, the feature of which is that the dominant activity is the receipt, accumulation, processing, storage, transmission and use of information based on modern means, microprocessor technology, as well as on the basis of various means of information exchange . Thus, the use of open information systems, designed to use the entire array of information available to society in a particular area, allows to improve the mechanisms of management of the social order, contributes to the humanization and democratization of society.
