Abstract

The publication analyzes the foreign experience of digital transformation in education and science, which faces the problems of heterogeneous and unequal starting position of educational organizations, as well as the problem of providing and using information and digital technologies. Continuation of technological modernization of educational organizations remains a priority area of digital transformation. Digital tools help to bridge gaps, as well as help plan the development of educational organizations and monitor this process. A comprehensive review of public opinion indicators on science and higher education suggests the need to increase public satisfaction with the results of education and science and bring these systems in line with the demands of digitalization.
