Abstract

Socio-economic transformations of modern society cause an urgent need for individuals who are able to meet the requirements of progressive development of mankind, in particular able to master their own behavior in uncertainty, guided by the system of internal determination in making strategic life decisions, to form the author's position self-development, self-management, self-design.
