Abstract

Within the framework of a joint volunteer project of the GS Institute of Psychology During the quarantine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and the public association "Nebokray", the staff of the laboratories of modern information technologies of teaching and cognitive psychology provided psychological consultations on the toll-free telephone line, which began its work on March 25, 2020. The generalization of the experience of psychological support of Ukrainians during quarantine gave grounds to single out their characteristic requests: confusion, insecurity, loneliness, fear of death, fear of the future, conflicts in the family and at work, fear of unemployment, negative feelings about themselves and others, misunderstandings. children, problems in organizing their own lives and family life, loss of meaning in life and their own lives in general.
