Abstract

The training "Development of andragogical competence of teachers" is aimed at increasing the level of formation of such indicators of andragogical competence as: 1) knowledge of: legal, conceptual support of adult education, lifelong learning in Ukraine; essence of andragogy; teachers and educators, whose creative work includes works on adult education and extracurricular education; definition of an adult; educational needs of adults; features of adult learning; main stages of design and implementation of adult learning technologies; appropriate actions of the trainer-andragogue, aimed at preventing violations of confidentiality in training work in adult education; methods of teachers' objective self-assessment of professional activity; features of work with different categories of the adult population; 2) ability: to determine the educational needs and requests of adult learners; take into account the peculiarities of motivation, learning, group dynamics of the adult audience; apply technologies of moderation, facilitation, mentoring; to involve the audience in interactive interaction in the learning process; determine learning outcomes; encourage the audience to reflect.
