Abstract

Accelerating the pace of modernization of production and increasing the share of high-tech industries, rapid obsolescence of qualifications, significantly increases the requirements for the quality of labor potential and skills of workers, highlights the need for qualified and educated staff, and the number of jobs in Ukraine that need understanding and application of digital technologies. rapidly increasing.
