Abstract

The speech emphasizes that the ability of an individual to set achievable short-term and long-term goals and positive life planning are important factors for achieving professional success. That is why future professionals should be provided not only with knowledge and skills, it is vital to create an optimistic and reliable image of the future profession, because it motivates, helps to form professional values and understand life goals.
