Abstract

The collection was prepared for publication by the staff of the laboratory of methodology and theory of psychology, it outlines the principles of personality-oriented dialogical approach in education, defines the principles of research of the professional's personality in the context of his personal freedom and dialogue-cultural orientation. In addition, the collection of scientific papers contains articles on other important methodological issues, in particular in the context of personality psychology, professional development, psychological support of various aspects of practice.
