Abstract

On the basis of theoretical analysis the main problems of development of digital competence of teachers in the modern educational environment are defined. The psychological conditions for the development of digital competence of teachers in the system of vocational education are considered. The value-motivational component, reflection component, activity component of digital competence as components of psychological conditions are described. Prospects for the development of digital competence as a basis for professionalization are indicated.
