Abstract
The urgency of the topic is due to modern conditions in which man-made, environmental, military, epidemiological emergencies affect the course of human life. On a macrosocial scale, such events have become commonplace, recurring. For a community or an individual who falls directly into the epicenter of the event, they cause material damage, the destruction of the usual way of life, the image of a sustainable present and future. Emergency living is accompanied by psychological experiences of varying intensity and can continue after its actual completion.
