Abstract

The current laws of Ukraine regulating the upper secondary school are examined on the issue of teachers’ operation. The main terms that determine teachers’ operation in the upper secondary school are represented. Teachers’ operation priorities in the teaching and learning process and the importance of self-government are underlined.
