Abstract

The article deals with the problem of designing a professional career for a student in a system of vocational (vocational) education. The theoretical approaches to the psychological peculiarities of designing a professional career by a student youth are analyzed. Designing as the determinant factor of professional training of the future specialist is considered. The necessity of psychological and organizational support of professional career of future specialists, necessity of development by future specialist of professional career strategy, as an individual program of professional future designing, is substantiated. The peculiarities of its formation, development, and the following means of facilitating the construction of a career strategy as advisory support, psychological support, and the passport of a professional career are described.
