Abstract

The paper considers the communicative interaction of the subjects of the educational process as a means of transmitting information in the system of distance education. The structure of pedagogical communication and its tools are determined. The connection of teachers' readiness for pedagogical communication with the conditions of efficiency of a distance learning process is argued. It is established that today the effectiveness of the teacher of distance learning such functions as the formation of learning motivation of higher education, defining learning goals and objectives, transfer of knowledge, experience, organization of interaction between higher education, depends on the quality of communication skills. It is noted that the establishment of communication links, assistance in the adaptation of higher education, motivation, cooperation, diagnosis of educational achievements, the use of various didactic methods to develop individual qualities of higher education allow more effective and successful interaction with them.
