Abstract

The manual is designed to help teachers of vocational education in the context of updating and improving knowledge about integration processes in modern education and the development of organizational and methodological skills in planning, organizing and conducting integrated classes on the basis of competence approach. The manual covers the historical aspects of the formation of integration in education, the essence and content of modern integrated learning, methods of integrated classes in vocational education on the basis of a competency-based approach. The appendices provide methodological developments for integrated training lessons. The textbook "Theoretical and methodological aspects of integrated classes in vocational education on the basis of competence approach" is part of the complex methodological support of module 3 "Didactics of vocational education" of the Department of Methods of Vocational Education and Social Sciences in Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous professional education. The materials of the publication will be useful for pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions and all those who are interested in the introduction of integrated learning and improving the quality of the educational process in the vocational education system.
