Abstract

The competence potential of the natural education sector is determined by the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education, which reflects the basic knowledge, cross-cutting skills, mandatory learning outcomes and guidelines for their assessment. The document also identifies the key competencies that students should master after each of the two cycles - adaptive (grades 5-6) and basic subject training (grades 7-9), sets clear guidelines by which students will develop their own competencies - gain knowledge, will develop skills and form attitudes.
