Abstract

This collection was prepared based on the results of the IV All-Ukrainian Internet Conference on the problems of professional development of specialists in the system of adult education, which took place on October 16, 2019. The collection reveals a number of author's reflective educational practices, as well as an analysis of psychological and pedagogical concepts for professional self-actualization of teachers of higher education institutions. The collection will be interesting and useful for scientists, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher education institutions, students of advanced training courses, as well as all those interested in transformational educational processes and problems of professional self-knowledge of educators in continuing education
