Abstract
Socio-economic transformations and computerization of society are conditioned by the European integration of Ukraine and influence the process of modernization of the national education system. In modern conditions, a significant role for the development of andragogical competence of teachers is given to information and communication technologies. Their popularization is facilitated by the globalization processes of integration and unification of the economy, education, politics and culture.
