Abstract

The issue of ensuring the quality of training of competitive specialists is considered. The importance of innovative technologies is emphasized, in particular the creation of hubs, the main features of which are the common goal of functioning, the division of responsibilities between the participants, the creation of a coordinating body, compliance with agreements and the formation of long-term partnerships. We are talking about the introduction of innovative methods of quality management and the creation of an appropriate quality management system. The role of the State standards of professional (vocational) education is defined in the quality management system. In particular, the requirements to the content of P(VT)E, the level of professional qualification of graduates of IP(VT)E, the main compulsory means of education, the educational level of entrants are considered (attention is paid to the introduction of the draft law such an educational level as a specialist). Scientific approaches are identified (reputational, effective, traditional, scientific, managerial, consumer, democratic, informational and innovative, each of which is characterized by appropriate resources); principles, forms and methods of management on which the Concept of quality management of training of competitive experts in IP(VТ)E in the conditions of realization of hub-technologies should be formed. The opinion is expressed that the training of competitive specialists should be based on the principles of European integration of the educational space, the formation of the quality of human resources; the quality of training of competitive specialists - in accordance with the results of training to the requirements of legislation, educational standards and / or contracts for the provision of educational services; quality management of training of competitive specialists - to achieve the appropriate organization of the educational process, which provides quality education. The importance of training new specialists to work with P(VT)E applicants in production is highlighted: mentors (representatives of enterprises) and supervisors IP(VТ)E administrative staff). It is concluded that the creation of joint hubs in the system of P(VT)E promotes the innovative development of P(VT)E, provides a quality management system for the training of competitive professionals on the basis of the paradigm of partnership-corporate relations.
