Abstract

In this article the importance of future teachersorganizers’ training for children moral education and also the process of future teacher’s awareness formation for creative work is considered. The basic teachers-organizers’ scientific approaches for the professional activity are characterized. There are integrated, complex and functional approaches. The following criteria of schoolchildren moral intelligence are specified. They are as follows: person moral awareness, developed moral skills level, behavioral habits and skills, the character of moral orientation in difficult life situations, principality level and energy demonstration in defending own position, moral insistence to themselves and other people, the character of behavior, the presence of humanistic features in behavior and character, goodwill to other people, selfesteem level, honor, shame, conscience development, etc. It is proved that the person’s moral awareness is a complex of his or her already developed moral qualities, which cause his or her moral behavior. Moral qualities show person’s attitude to society, to work, to people, to him/herself. Moral principles are as follows: responsibility, discipline, modesty, courage, collectivism, integrity, trustworthiness, etc. The meaning of folklore as one of the main type of extracurricular activity is augmented. It creates the unique possibilities for moral awareness development and schoolchildren’s feelings. It is proved that Ukrainian wisdom has a very deep sense, it is based on ancient Slavs’ philosophy and believes and consists of such moral and aesthetical principles as: respect, tolerance, and respectful attitude to elderly people. It is concluded that calendar and ritual holidays contribute to schoolchildren’s health promotion, the development of person’s moral, strongwilled, intellectual and creative skills. This is an important method which directs students to self-improvement. The essence and aim of teacher-organizer’s methodical work should be directed on harmonic development of a child in psychical and moral areas.
