Abstract

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Education" and the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", students' education on an individual schedule is designed to exercise the right to higher education for persons who cannot attend classes for good reasons. At the same time, according to the research of OV Makarenko and LO Pershina, individual learning is one of the forms of differentiation of learning at the micro level. In connection with the introduction of quarantine measures aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread of COVID-19 (according to the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Aimed at Preventing the Occurrence and Spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) of 18.04.2020) higher education institutions (HEIs) were forced to temporarily give preference to distance learning (as a form of education). Therefore, the problem of organizing distance learning for students on an individual schedule is quite relevant.
