Abstract

The theses analyze the problems of introduction of external independent evaluation of high school graduates as a European trend in the context of its organizational and legal support. Based on the analysis of comparative studies, it was found that external independent evaluation of basic education seekers is a promising European trend that is developing in the institutional field.
