Abstract

The article substantiates the methodological approaches to the professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education. The following methodological approaches to the professional development of primary school teachers are defined: personal, individual, activity, systemic, andragogical, competence, acmeological. Their implementation will promote the creation of favorable conditions for professional development in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education.
