Abstract
The methodical aspect of standardization of professional training of junior specialists-builders is considered in the abstracts. The development of professional competence of future builders is a complex process, the effectiveness of which depends on the coordinated actions of all participants in the educational process - educational institutions, teachers, employers and students. Integration processes in the system of professional higher education, integrated use of innovative learning technologies, shifting the emphasis to intensive, active, individual forms and methods of teaching - these are the most important aspects of the new paradigm of modern engineering education.
