Abstract

International conferences raise questions about the global educational crisis. It is due to the rapid obsolescence of curricula and the low ability of formal education to adapt to global change. It is obvious that it is impossible to acquire the necessary knowledge only in the system of formal education. By no means denying its importance and necessity, at the same time it is worth emphasizing its conservatism and excessive bureaucracy. While the program is being developed, approved and implemented, several years have passed and it is already becoming obsolete. Given this, alongside formal education, which dominated the last century, non-formal and informal education is relevant.
