Abstract

The collection presents materials of the third All-Ukrainian scientific-practical seminar "Horizons of post-traumatic personal life-creation", organized by the Laboratory of Social Psychology of personality, Kyiv, Institute for Social and Political Psychology of NAES of Ukraine, September 24, 2020. The seminar was co-organized by Chairs of Psychology of the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and Mykola Gogol Nizhyn State University. The emphasis is placed on the most actual issues of personal transformations during the COVID-19 pandemic: the peculiarities of everyday life, actualized fears, personal resources, and supportive interaction. There are investigated personal tolerance and intolerance to uncertainty, problems of adaptation among teenagers, first-year students, internally displaced persons, adults who have lost parents. There are offered means for stressful and post-traumatic personality states overcoming: coping strategies, body-oriented and breathing technologies, various forms of psychological support and psychological help, including online help and museum therapy. There are also outlined the problems of destiny, social intelligence, dialogue, personal experiences, self-depreciation, aggressive behavior in special conditions of life-creation. The collection is addressed to scientists, Ph.D. students, university students in psychological specialties, practical psychologists, as well as everyone interested in modern researches in personality psychology and socio-psychological support.
