Abstract

The article reveals the essence of organizational culture of the head of the educational institution, its humanistic orientation and developmental vectors. Position of the head in the process of developing the organizational culture of modern school, which requires not only comprehensive knowledge, perfect knowledge of the science of management, but also true selflessness and infinite responsibility for the assigned case, high pedagogical skill. The results of the research on the essence of pedagogical skills, which include the following components: professional competence, readiness for creative professional activity, pedagogical abilities and pedagogical technique, are summarized. It is determined that pedagogical skills of the head of a modern school are considered in the context of introduction of new effective educational technologies, rational use of didactic, material and technological and human resources, the achievements of domestic pedagogical theory and practice, high level of organizational culture of raising the educational qualification of teaching staff of the institution of general secondary education. For the integration of Ukraine into the international space, the recognition of man as the highest value of society is important. It is possible to use an anthropological approach to the study of the structural and content specifics of the organizational culture of the educational institution, which helps to position the head of this institution both at the same time as the person, and the main productive force with certain spiritual and material interests and contributes to combining these interests with the social ones. Implementation of this can be achieved through the introduction of daptive education management, and, the institution of general secondary education. Managing a modern educational institution is not just a manager's role but also a great pedagogical art. Within our research, the implementation of the tasks of pedagogical mastery of the head of a modern school is considered in the context of the implementation of new effective educational technologies, the rational use of didactic, material and technological and human resources, the use of the achievements of domestic pedagogical theory and practice, the increase of the educational qualification of the teaching staff of the institution of general secondary education.
