Abstract

Ukraine's state policy in the field of local self-government has made it possible to start reforms in various social spheres and in the field of education, in particular in the interests of the people by democratic methods. Decentralization in education is a direction of reforming the sphere of education and modernization of education management; principle, method of organizing education management, determines the delegation of powers and responsibilities as close as possible to the people - the authorities local government, determines the competencies of public authorities and local governments in the field of education, taking into account the interests of citizens for quality education of European quality, the specifics of the region.
