Abstract

It is shown that the reform of the system of vocational (vocational) education in Ukraine is aimed at strengthening its practical orientation, encourages the creation of vocational (vocational) education in innovative educational and production environment and active involvement of social partners - customers of workers. The urgency of introduction of dual form of education in vocational (vocational and technical) education is indicated and its essence is characterized. The organizational principles of the dual form of education in vocational (technical) education institutions are proposed, which will contribute to its successful implementation in the professional training of future skilled workers.
