Abstract

The paper deals with the actual problem of professional viability of managers of commercial organizations. The article analyzes the results of an experimental study conducted with managers of commercial organizations in Kyiv. In the course of the experimental study, psychophysiological patterns of the professional viability of managers were studied. According to the empirical study revealed common psychophysiological components and components of the professional vitality of managers of commercial organizations. The most important factors that contribute to the formation of personality sustainability and improve the professional viability of managers and positively affect management activities are stress, adaptive potential, the ability to self-regulation and self-reflection, self-esteem, behavioral regulation, value regulation, value. Professional resilience characterizes a manager's ability to successfully cope with professional problems, withstand difficult life situations, helps strike a balance between risk factors and protective factors, and is realized through openness to the new, a willingness to act, social support and a successful adaptation.
