Abstract

The article presents the results of empirical studies that determine the features of mechanisms of regulation of the functional states of law enforcement officers in order to master their knowledge and ability to overcome destructive responses to stress factors in order to improve their personal and professional qualities. The study was conducted at the advanced training courses at the Center for Postgraduate Education of the National Academy of Internal Affairs at trainings for improving personal and professional qualities "Communication - Stress - Security". Substantial improvement of functional status indicators after use by law enforcement officers developed by T.B. Kodlubovska complex of rapid methods of psychophysiological regulation of functional states after stress. The results of the positive effect of the complex of psychophysiological regulation on the functional states of law enforcement officers are confirmed by statistical methods and acts of implementation in the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
