Abstract
The scientific publication analyzes literature sources on the identification of scientific works on the effect of martial arts, physical activity on health promotion with improvement of physical and nurturing moral and volitional qualities of students, students and cadets of different specialties. Three stages of the pedagogical experiment (ascertaining) are also described. The authors of the publication proved the practical significance of the study. On the basis of one of the three sets of exercises with dumbbells (2-5 kg) for beginners with low level of fitness, the experiment at this stage of the experiment was conducted. The experimental work used the software «DiaCard – Electrocardiography (ECG) ECG Registrar».
