Abstract

In modern fast-changing conditions of life due to the dynamics of problems of the personal and social nature, the care is observed on the second plan of the harmonization of psychological sphere high school students and students by means of organization of their healthy lifestyle. By mistake, often, it is given by the self-organization, as well as by the family with its limited capacities of resource and mental nature. Health-improving developments should deal with the relevant public institutions with a powerful scientific and experimental base that will ensure the development of the individual and its health, improve psychophysiological indicators and working capacity towards the development of socially meaningful work product. In this process, the level of competence of the key competencies, which ensures the success of life and effectiveness of the personality, is important.
